Aluminium and Zinc Die-Castings
PREPARATION OF ALLOYS
Aluminium casting alloys are prepared at the central melting plant, which features medium-frequency induction furnaces with the batch size of 1500 kg, and automated monitoring and control. Zinc alloys are melted in a resistance furnace with automatic feed charging.
We operate specialist horizontal cold-chamber and vertical hot-chamber pressure die-casing machines with the clamping force from 80 to 750 tons. The casting process features an automatic system for die spraying, casting, collection of castings and trimming. The company operates state of the art technology for increasing surface durability of pressure dies which helps improving their performance. We also offer vacuum casting. The die temperature stability is assured by heating and cooling systems.
TREATMENT OF CASTINGS
Finished aluminium and zinc castings can be machined or treated by hand. Specialist machining of castings is done on five-axis horizontal and vertical machining centres, and on CNC lathes.
PACKING AND SHIPPING TO CUSTOMERS
The company uses various methods of securing aluminium and zinc castings in transport. The packing and shipping methods applied for castings meet customer's requirements and follow customer agreed schedules. Each production stage is subjected to thorough quality control.
